
Manufacturing and Fabrication
The fabrication of equipment is done in-house, from all welding, to machining and assembly, to electrical and instrumentation installation. Our panel shop is qualified as a UL 508A facility. On completion of the assembly, we perform actual shop testing of the completed equipment to ensure simple field startups

Fabrication

All weld procedures certified by ASME Code Sections I, VIII and IX by qualified welders. Processes include FCAW, GMAW, GTAW, SAW and SMAW.

Most weld-able alloys are included in welding procedures.

Automatic, semi-automatic, and manual methods utilizing mechanical equipment including manipulators, turning rolls and welding positioners.
Machining

Fully-equipped CNC and manual machining department provides comprehensive manufacturing services.

Complete assemblies and replacement parts produced entirely in-house.

Tight control of quality throughout the entire production process for projects requiring both fabrication and machining services.

Cleaning and painting capabilities include a full range of blast finishes as well as all types of industrial coatings, including epoxy, zinc and enamel.

Specialization in high-quality mechanical polishing.

Various finishes offered from mill to mirror levels, and includes electro-polishing.
Painting

Surface preparation booth (24’W x 22’H x 80’L) and paint booth (24’W x 22’H x 80’L) that can also be split into (2) 40’L booths; both have the ability to cure up to 140 degrees F.
Assembly & Testing

Fully-equipped assembly department to handle complex mechanical, electrical, pipe fitting, and complete machine assembly, either in-house or in the field, with experience in hydraulic, air, gear, and steam driven systems.

Facilities with dedicated quality control staff, including certified welding inspectors.
Additionally, because we maintain a library of part drawings, we can easily machine parts for other applications. UL/CSA enclosure panels can also be created in-house.
