All business partners are selected based upon strict guidelines to meet our quality standards throughout the design and manufacturing process, regardless of whether the materials are PVC, CPVC, Hastelloy-C276, AL6-XN, or stainless steel.
SEi leads the industry in manufacturing and fabrication of equipment. The fabrication of equipment is done in-house, from all welding, to machining and assembly, to electrical and instrumentation installation. Our panel shop is qualified as a UL 508A facility. On completion of the assembly, we perform actual shop testing of the completed equipment to ensure simple field startups.

SEi owns and operates a fleet of over 30 pilot units that can be configured to meet any demand. They range from a 3 ft. ³ single vessel ion exchange MMF to a 2 vessel cross-flow filtration skid constructed of Hastelloy-C for demanding testing of Microfiltration, Ultrafiltration, Nanofiltration and Reverse Osmosis for acid and caustics. SEi is a leading designer and manufacturer of prototypes to test fluid and separation techniques. Our reputation for design and quality have caught the eye of many Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies that have contracted with us to create solutions for their needs.
