We service and maintain different types of membrane pilot units that can be used for a number of different uses. They can be used for bio-diesel applcations, reverse osmosis, and seawater applications. Membranes have been shown to produce the best quality product water, and that costs are similar to other available technologies.

 

In another vein, we have pilot units that have been developed for various uses, and it is possible to make modifications to maintain the proper pressure and meet electrical classifications.

 

For example, a membrane separation application can easily be tested with pilot equipment that will provide that data required for designed and fabrication production equipment. Our design engineers can suggest which membrane elements to use to establish reasonable flow rates or produce sample of sufficient size to evaluate potential membrane fouling and cleaning regimens that may be necessary for maintaining system performance.
